What to do if you experience no sound after installation

This article describes what to do if you encounter a problem with no sound after installing KIKASETE.
1. Check the volume settings on the device itself.
2. Please check that the volume is not turned off using silent mode or silent settings.
3. Please check whether there is any sound in other apps that produce sound, such as YouTube, and if there is no sound only in "KIKASETE", please contact the support center.
4. Please close the app in the background (task kill) and then start "KIKASETE" again. (Please refer to here for how to close apps in the background.) https://www.softbank.jp/support/faq/view/12578
5. Please log off the device itself and start "KIKASETE" again.
