Free maria＠home now available! For children who are increasingly staying at home due to COVID-19

Thank you for always using maria@home.

Given the circumstances surrounding the closure of educational institutions as a measure against COVID-19, the free service, which was originally scheduled for May, will now begin in March.

■Background to making it completely free

We have decided to make the app completely free in order to develop and expand new features. We hope that many children will use it and strive to improve the quality of our content and develop new features in order to "provide skills that will help them succeed in the future."
(Existing paid users will be refunded for the applicable period. Please check the individual emails we have sent you.)

With schools closed and people continuing to refrain from going out, we wondered if there was anything we could do, and so we decided to bring forward the date for making our services free.

We will continue to strive to provide enjoyable content in the future, so that we can bring a little joy and hope to children in their uncertain lives.

■About future paid services

There are no plans to charge for the app for the time being, but we will notify you within the app when the free trial period ends. Please rest assured that you will not be charged automatically.
