What to do if there is no audio 2

This article describes what to do if you encounter a problem with no sound after installing KIKASETE.

1. If the orange part above on the left side of the iPhone is visible, the "KIKASETE" sound will not play.

2. Raise the switch so that the orange is not visible as shown in the image above.

3. Press the top of the volume button on the left side of the iPhone until the image shown in 4 below is displayed.

4. ↑Press the red circle in image 3 until the volume memory looks like the image above.

Please make the above settings and try again by opening the app.
